Delivery is only made to the following countries:

• Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Cyprus

Shipping costs

Germany:
€5.90, free shipping on orders over €30

Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Greece, Ireland, Cyprus:
€14.95, free shipping on orders over €70

Switzerland, UK, Norway:
€14.95, free shipping on orders over €100

(including statutory VAT)

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 3-10 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
