Product damaged?

Use our self-service returns in your customer account. You can easily request a return label there.

Return

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods. We cannot take back goods that are damaged, dirty or have had their seals, stickers and labels removed. To initiate a return, please use the self-service returns in your customer account. For orders within Germany, you will receive a return label from us free of charge. Outside Germany you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return yourself.

Shipping Information

Delivery only takes place within Germany and the EU via DHL.

We charge a flat rate of €6.00 ​​per order for shipping costs.
For delivery within the EU, a surcharge of €8.95 will be added to the shipping costs.

Tracking information

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking information. So you always know where your package is.
